RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product maybe damaged in the delivery process. Should the happen please return the damaged or wrong products by Email / WhatsApp contact. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. For overseas customer, we will re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase. The delivery charge depends on the originally total order amount, our staff will first communicate and align with you about the delivery fee.
1. Please keep the receipt for proof of purchase, enjoy FREE lifetime warranty.
2. All DEPBYSTEP products will be sent out after rigorous inspection. In general, personal circumstances ( such as dislikes, etc. ) are not returned or replaces.
3. Product can be exchange if there is a damaged problem.
Replacement of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt, replaced by proof of purchase or receipt ( same item ) and a receipt is only redeemable once.
4. Man-cause damage are not included in the free warranty.
5. Refund policy is not available.
6. We will process exchange within 10 business days of receiving the returns items.
7. Factors such as shooting light, camera or computer display may cause chromatic aberration,and it is normal for the actual and photo to be slightly different.
8. The customer needs to bear the freight for the relevant return.
